Returns and warranty

Dead on arrival

If it doesn't come up when you first power it, tell me within 14 days and a replacement goes out before the old one is back. Shipping both ways is mine.

30-day returns

Changed your mind? Send it back within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its packaging, for a refund of the board. Return shipping is yours. Once a board has been soldered to or wired in permanently it can no longer be returned.

One-year warranty

A failure from a manufacturing or component defect inside a year gets repaired or replaced, shipping covered both ways. Firmware and app updates stay free for the life of the board.

Not covered either way: reverse polarity, voltage outside the 3–12 V range, drawing more than 500 mA from a channel, shorted outputs, water, or damage from modifying the board. Those are the failures a board can't protect itself from, and they're on you.

The app is free

No licence, no account, no per-seat anything. Buying a board buys you a board.

Firmware updates included

New effects and fixes arrive through the app. It checks, you approve, the board takes it.

Nothing phones home

Your settings live on the board and on your own machine. There's no cloud to depend on.
